Treatment Overview

Since being trained in the use of MD Codes Ascot, Dr Nishi Dhuna has transformed the way she uses dermal filler in practice.

The MD or MeDical Codes were created by world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Mauricio de Maio. He has pioneered an innovative way of treating facial lines that focuses on the full face and on how patients want to feel, versus simply targeting lines. Dr Nishi Dhuna is able to recognise how areas of the face are directly linked to certain emotional attributes, and identify the right treatment points and techniques that will deliver effective and natural-looking results by focusing on how people want to feel post-treatment. FAQ

We use Allergan’s premium Juvederm Vycross range including Voluma, Volift and Volbella.

Many dermal fillers contain local anaesthetic to provide pain relief during the procedure although we may apply a topical anaesthetic cream or ice prior to treatment to numb the skin.

The procedure may be uncomfortable but is not usually painful. Certain areas, such as the lips, are more sensitive.

Most people are able to continue with normal activities. Some will have some redness, pin- prick marks, swelling (particularly following a lip treatment) which should settle within a few days. Cold packs may be advised to help alleviate swelling and arnica may be recommended to reduce bruising. We will provide you with aftercare advice.
